Private Capital Markets
We work between two groups: owners preparing to sell a business, and the private equity firms, wealth managers and lenders looking to acquire one. We source, qualify and introduce — and we are paid when a transaction completes.

The Firm
Most businesses that should sell never reach the buyers who would pay the most for them. Most acquirers see the same intermediated auctions as everyone else. Khanh Capital exists in the gap between those two problems.
The firm builds relationships with owners long before they are ready to transact, and holds live acquisition criteria for a defined group of capital partners. When the two line up, we make the introduction and stay with it through to close.
Khanh Capital is a boutique firm, founded and run by Jeremiah Khanh. That is deliberate. Every call, every introduction and every conversation with a buyer is handled by the person you first spoke to — there is no associate, no handoff, and no incentive to push a process you are not ready for.
We are an origination and introduction firm — not a fund. We do not take positions, hold client money, or provide legal, tax or investment advice.
Arrange a private callWho We Work With
Tell us which side of the table you are on and the conversation starts in the right place.
We work with founder-owned and family-held companies whose owners are thinking about what comes next. Whether that is twelve months away or simply a question you want answered, the conversation costs nothing and stays private.
For private equity firms, wealth and asset managers, independent sponsors and private lenders who would rather see an opportunity before it becomes an auction.
Process
Two parallel tracks. Neither commits you to a transaction.
Coverage
We originate where we can judge a business properly — where we understand what drives its earnings, what a buyer will underwrite, and what will not survive diligence.
Founder-owned service firms with recurring revenue and transferable client relationships.
Multi-site clinics, allied health, diagnostics and adjacent service providers.
Niche manufacturers, precision engineering and specialist industrial services.
Vertical software, managed services and IT businesses with contracted revenue.
Established brands, specialist distributors and multi-channel operators.
Installation, maintenance and compliance businesses serving energy and infrastructure.
Global Reach
Home market. Toronto-based, working with founder-owned businesses nationwide.
Ownership transition across the middle market, and the sponsors that acquire it.
Founder-owned and family-held companies, and the mid-market firms that acquire them.
Regional acquirers and investment firms with cross-border mandates.
Referral Partners
Accountants, lawyers, bookkeepers and consultants see the signals long before we do — the succession conversation, the tired founder, the unsolicited approach that went nowhere. If you make an introduction that completes, you share in the fee.
A name and a sentence of context is enough. We take it from there and keep you informed at every stage you want to be.
We are an introduction firm. We do not cross-sell into your client, and we do not compete for the work you already do for them.
A share of our success fee, agreed in writing before the introduction is made, payable when the transaction closes.
Arrange a Call
Every enquiry is treated as confidential and read by Jeremiah, not by a screening team. A boutique takes on a deliberately small number of owners and acquirers at once, so the first conversation runs both ways — you are qualifying the firm as much as it is qualifying the opportunity.
